In July of 2015, Glia set out to recruit their first enterprise sales and customer success hires. The first sales hires at a startup impact immediate revenue but also lay the foundation as future leaders of the company. 

Glia had a VP of Sales but they didn’t have an HR team or a developed employer brand, so they engaged CloserIQ with the goal of helping make these two strategic hires.
